Corrections, questions, and anything a page got wrong.
Last updated September 4, 2026
One inbox, and a real person reads it. The most useful thing you can send us is a correction - a specification that has changed, a product that has been discontinued, or a figure we have misread.
Include the page and a link to the correct source if you have one. That turns a fix from an afternoon of checking into five minutes, and it means the page is right sooner.
What we can help with
- Corrections. A wrong specification, a dead link, a product that no longer exists. We check it against the source and update the page, and the last-updated date changes with it.
- Questions about a page. If something is unclear, that is usually our fault and worth fixing for everyone.
- Availability. If a product we recommend cannot be bought where you are, tell us - we would rather know.
What we cannot help with
- Pattern support. We do not publish patterns, so we cannot troubleshoot one.
- Medical questions. Some pages touch on skin sensitivity and hand pain, and they set out what published research documents. They are not medical advice and we cannot give any.
- Product reviews on request. We do not test products, so there is nothing to send us. That is set out in full on how we pick.
- Sponsored placement. No product appears here because someone paid for it to, and none ever will.
